Can I return an item to my local store?
Return your online purchase to any open DICK'S Sporting Goods location, nationwide, with proof of purchase. Select In-Store Return and enter your confirmation number and billing zip code for proof of purchase barcode. You can also use your order confirmation email as proof of purchase for an in-store return.
How can I change or cancel my order?
We typically cannot cancel your order once it is submitted. Order processing begins immediately in order to get your products out quickly. We offer cancellations up to 30 minutes after the time of order submission by contacting our Customer Service team for immediate assistance. Alternatively, when you receive your order, we are happy to take it back using our return instructions.
